AMVAC was founded in 1969 and currently operates in Latin America, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United States, where it has six production plants.
Gerardo Suárez, AMVAC's Director for Latin America, affirms that joining CropLife Latin America is an opportunity to collaboratively address common industry issues such as science-based regulations, access to innovations, and the promotion of Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs).

Our affiliates are seven Research and Development companies and a network of associations in 18 countries across Latin America. The trade association represents Syngenta, FMC, Bayer, BASF, Sumitomo Chemical, Corteva Agriscience, and AMVAC.
